now that we have A101 as max lvl what are the advantages of having a level reset compared to those who reached A101,what are the disadvantages?
would you recommend a level reset

There are no disadvantages with Level resets even if you're 101.
A 3 reset character will have the same Chakra points as the one 101 without reset.

Ok, lets compare.
3 Reset Character
Pros:
- Can have Max Chakra Points & early levels. (a20+)
- Can kill Faster (PvE & PvP)
Cons:
- Must re-level a character in order not to be gap with other players.
- 3 reset level takes time to level back to a20.

Non-Reset
Pros:
- Straight leveler, can level faster than a reseter.
- Same Chakra Points as a 3 reseter.
Cons:
- Slow in PvP & PvE (since at lower level you lack chakra pts)

Well, in my opinion it doesn't matter when you reach 101, all will be equal. Its how you will build up your character and feed it with good items.
