Q. Corrupt HTGuard File Error.
A. Do not run Tantra Extreme.exe to change server while HTLauncher.exe is RUNNING. Close tantra and run the updater to fix it.
Q. file/object/monster/ani Error.
A. You're probably using NON-Tantra Extreme k4 Ready Client. I recommend to download the Client.
Q. Can't login a character. Character Stuck.
A. Map Server is down when that happens.
Q. Too many Connections ERROR.
A. Download and re-patch your client. That'll fix the problem.
Q. Screen Frozen (Lag of death)
A. Someone used DC Bug to FREEZE your Client or The error occur between Client and your System. (HTGuard Problem) Note: Not all had this HTGuard frozen client error and its already been fixed.
Q. Random Crashes, Client closes automatically.

A. Re-patch your Client. Use the Tantra Extreme K4 Ready Client.
Q. Some sets are invisible when zoomed out. (Amara 7 Set)
A. Unknown but we're finding ways to fix that.
Q. g_plauncher error message, Tantra Client Crashed.
A. Go to your <tantra extreme>\System\ directory and delete the HTStartup.cfg. Then Install manual patch or use the Update.exe to download the new file.
Q. After installation, I can't see anything. (Tantra runs perfectly)
A. Exit Tantra, alt+f4. Run Update.exe -> Options. Change your resolution to your likings.
Q. Every now and then my Client automatically shuts down.
A. Still unknown, I don't have any idea yet what caused this error.
Q. When I start the Client normally from Update.exe, nothing happens.
A. Go to your <Tantra Directory> and Delete HTLauncher.exe. Then Repatch. (Manual or Automatic)

A. Delete and re-install your Tantra Extreme in NEW Directory. Make sure to UNBLOCK HTLauncher.exe from your Anti-Virus & Firewall.

A. Delete and re-install your Tantra Extreme in NEW Directory. Make sure to UNBLOCK HTLauncher.exe from your Anti-Virus & Firewall.
Q. My Client always patches when I restart the game.
A. Solution: -> Instead of running your Tantra.exe (desktop shortcut) or your Tantra Extreme.exe (server switcher). Just directly RUN Update.exe (updater).
-> Make a shortcut of Update.exe to your desktop for easy use.
Q. What if I played 2 servers and I don't want to auto repatch my client, is there a way?
A. There is. First, you must create a duplicate of your current tantra extreme folder and rename it to whatever folder name it will be. Then do separate manual patch according to your server you played.
-> Manual patch for Ultimate.
-> Manual patch for Extreme.
In this way, you won't have to repatch everytime you will switch server.
Q. I patched my Client using the 03-26-08 Mini Patch and when I start the updater nothing happens.
A. Delete your 'OLD' Tantra Extreme.
A.1. Install a FRESH Copy of Tantra Extreme in a new Directory (not same as the OLD Tantra Extreme)
A.2. Re-patch it manually.
Q. When I load the game, there are DLL that are missing. What should I do?
A-1. Delete 'Tantra Extreme' and Reinstall a Fresh copy of Tantra Extreme. Make sure you have the latest Full Client & Mini Patches.
If you have 'deleted' your client folder and re-installed a fresh copy but still didn't work.
A-2. Only if the Above solution doesn't work, download these Library Files for Tantra Extreme.

Q. Character Stuck in Mandara Safe Zone & When Warping from Shambala to Mandara Portal, Character Stuck at Mandara (old Portal Location).
A. Read.

Q. Why the hell I get PK'ed in a safe zone?
A. Its a glitch, though not all tribe can do that. Only Yaksa/Gandharva & Deva/Garuda can attack you inside a safe zone. Though it is recommended that when you see one or you've been killed by one. Submit a report. Post it at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

P.S. To any moderator, If theres a bug that you knew or errors at least and knows how you've fixed it. You may EDIT the First post and add your statements.
The new Prana Calculation for k4 is simple.
1. If Your Level <= Monster Level Then EXP = Max EXP for your Level.
2. If your Level > Monters Level Then EXP = Max EXP for level - Max EXP of Monster EXP given to player.
So to explain.
1. If your Level is Less than or Equal to Monster Level, you will most likely to get the MAX Pranas allocated to your "LEVEL" alone. It doesn't matter what LEVEL the monster is, your MAX Pranas IS FIXED!
2. If your Level is Greater than to Monster Level, you will get a LOWER EXP. Its always been like this, though you didn't noticed this at all because of the EXP multiplier (x15,x30,x50,x100) on Servers.
This also applies to Amara Level.
If your Char Level is = 100. Your MAX Pranas is FIXED at 50k.
If your Char Level > Monster Level, you will earn low Prana.
Again, to clear up your doubts. IT IS NOT A BUG!

My Anti-Virus detects a file from the client that it is infected with a trojan/virus. What is this? What should I do?

The result shows a similar characteristics as of the actual virus. Since most of the viruses are being packed by a File Packer.
