New PayPal Fraud - High level characters BANNED - Servers-eXtreme Forums

This is my last warning , i already give to paypal the IP of the one who is doing FRAUD with stealled PAYPAL accounts. And he is from INDONESIA. So this is the last warning to this guy , i will ban the IP if 1 more fraud comes , and i know this IP is from an INET CAFFE. Txs to this guy or guys , i will not deliver any donation before than 12 hours of deposited , thats the time of paypal for controll if is a fraud or not.

why did you banned the IP? not user ??it was not everybody fault. It was just because of one person, It is a public place. So could you unbanned it??? I'll try to keep it clean...

and also Damodar cannot pin point the exact person..but just to make it safe for the Server and for Paypal, he did it...just to stop it from getting worst...
