[Important] Server downtimes

Please be advised that servers are currently unstable and may go down from time to time.
However, we implemented an auto-restart-server system every 20 minutes from disconnection.
In this way, the servers will get restarted 20 minutes after it stopped.
It will only restart the servers if it detects that the servers are offline for more than 20 minutes.
