Solution for item unable extract -For fix the problem you need change the windows TIME ZONE and set -5GMT
-Para solucionar el problema tienen que cambiar la zona horaria de windows y ponerla en -5GMT
- Open the Date and Time Properties Dialog Box
- Abrir Ajuste de fecha y hora en el menu
- Change to the Time Zone Tab
- Cambiar a la solapa Zona Horaria
- Set the Time Zone (GMT -05:00 Estern Time (US & Canada)
- Poner la zona horaria en (GMT -05:00 Estern Time (US & Canada)
- Save Your Changes
- Guardar los cambios
