GM Support
Perfect World has no GM Support for hack cases and the following list of broken rules:
- Scam
- stolen accounts
- characters
- items
- trade bugs
- items lost after maintenance
If someone commit one of these, you have the right to report and make him get the penalty which is ban, but not to get stolen or lost Stuff back from GMs.
Always keep your Accountname and Password secret, donīt give it out even if itīs your best Friend!
You will loose everything and GMs wonīt give you Support on this!
Use the ingame Options or PM on Forums to report your case, ONLY after you are sure about these points mentioned.
